We are looking to hire a confident barista with at least 2 years experience in the industry.
The ideal candidate would be able to:
- Dial in and calibrate the grinders comfortably, multiple times every day
- Produce consistent high quality coffee
- Be comfortable to deliver excellent service under pressure during peak hours
We'd love to meet someone who is polite, confident, and well versed in all aspects of hospitality work.
78s has been around for 2 years, and in that time we've established our little site as a purveyor of high quality coffee and customer service. We have a large local circle of regulars, and we value each of them, and their experiences, as paramount.
