Team Introduction:
The Finance BP - International Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals.
Position Overview:
TikTok is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the TikTok Live team, who will be a key contributor to TikTok Live's continued success. This role is based out of our London office and will be an individual contributor to the regional operation team. This is a high-impact team and will have great learning and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support and advice to senior finance managers and function head;
- Develop near-term and long-term business plans, monitor budget implementation to ensure commitments are timely met, carry out variance analysis and update the budget/forecast periodically;
- Carry out business analysis and key project recaps and issue special project analysis reports on financial observations;
- Conduct cost of in-depth analysis, establish reasonable indicators to assess efficiency and business health and seek optimization efficiency opportunities;
- Conduct internal and external in-depth research and analysis of LIVE business, solve business problems/find business opportunities, produce systematic analysis and establish communication mechanisms and interfaces with business;
- Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, procedures and personnel activities;
- Daily financial support and other ac-hoc requirements.
- Finance business partner or equivalent work experience in content, media or tech industry;
- Strong communication skills, learning ability and teamwork spirit, as well as strong self-driving force and sense of responsibility;
- Strong Data Analysis Ability and Business Insight Ability;
- Have comprehensive knowledge of fiscal and taxation law;
- Proficient in professional Data Analysis tools and working software;
